Dancing Donny Takes the Trophy!

My childhood heartthrob won the mirror ball trophy on Dancing with the Stars this week. I was otherwise occupied both Monday and Tuesday nights, so I didn't actually watch either the finals or the awards show. But I was nonetheless thrilled when I read the headline this morning.

I have to give credit where credit is due; Mya was by far the best dancer on the show, and was 13 points ahead of Donny on the judges leaderboard. But apparently the American public couldn't get enough of Donny's charm, fun attitude and wholesome persona. He is a great entertainer and obviously the crowd favorite.

Yea for Donny!
