So, Here's the Dealio

I got a new job! After 7 years at a country club where I planned events, created and updated a website, and directed marketing and membership, I have accepted a position with Community Trust Bank. I am very excited and looking forward to my new adventure. I'm not 100% sure what my days will look like in my new position, but I'm thrilled about the opportunity to work for this particular company. This is a big change, but sometimes change is a really good thing.

So there ya go! Wednesday, June 20 is my final day at the club. It's been a fun 7 years as part of the staff, but I think I'll enjoy being a member far more!

Linnea...Wow that is a big change. I am trying to see you as a banking executive. You must be great with finances. It must be a great opportunity for you to leave your current job. Hey Rick,

Actually, I'm being hired as a communications specialist. I'll be doing a lot of reading, writing and editing among other things. I don't think they will let me manage anyone's finances just yet!
